What’s Up Trivia is open to users aged 13 and older — Practice Mode, Classic Mode and Tournaments alike.

You're presented with 15 multiple-choice questions. Each question has 4 options (A, B, C, D) and you have 12 seconds to answer. Answer correctly to climb the leaderboard reward tier structure. Get one wrong and the round ends (but you keep your milestone tier amount).

• Practice Mode: Free to compete, no rewards - perfect for skill development
• Classic Mode: Uses 1 access credit per round, earn sponsored rewards up to ₦50,000
• Tournaments: Special sponsored events with enhanced reward tiers

You get 2 lifelines per round:

• 50:50: Removes 2 wrong answers, leaving 2 options (type "50")
• Skip: Replaces the current question with a different one (type "SKIP")

Each lifeline can only be used once per round.

Milestone tiers are at Q5 (₦1,000) and Q10 (₦10,000). If you reach these tiers and later answer incorrectly, you still walk away with the milestone amount instead of nothing.

If you don't answer within 12 seconds, it's treated as a wrong answer and the round ends. Make sure you have a stable internet connection!

In the main menu, select "Get Access Credits" or type BUY. Choose your package (₦500 for 3 credits, ₦1,000 for 7 credits, or ₦2,000 for 15 credits), and complete payment securely. Access credits are added to your account instantly!

We accept all standard Nigerian payment methods: debit/credit cards, bank transfers, USSD, and mobile money. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Access credits are non-refundable once acquired. However, they don't expire, so you can use them anytime!

No! Your access credits never expire. Get them when you want and use them at your convenience.

No. Access credits grant participation in competition rounds only. They are not stored value, convertible currency, or transferable. They have no monetary value outside the platform.

The leaderboard reward tier structure ranges from ₦200 (Q1) to ₦50,000 (Q15). Milestone tiers guarantee ₦1,000 at Q5 and ₦10,000 at Q10. In tournaments, sponsored reward pools can be even bigger!

After earning a reward, type CLAIM in the chat. You'll be asked to provide your bank account details (account name, number, and bank). Once verified, your reward is processed within 12-24 hours.

You have 3 days (72 hours) from earning to redeem your reward. After this period, unredeemed rewards may be forfeited.

Yes, for fair competition:

• Daily Maximum: ₦30,000 per user per day
• Top Tier Cooldown: 5-day waiting period after earning the ₦50,000 top tier reward

Yes! All payments are processed through encrypted, secure payment infrastructure. We never store your card details. Your bank information for reward redemption is encrypted and secure.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification confirms your identity. It may be required for redemptions over ₦10,000 or when suspicious activity is detected. You'll need to provide a government-issued ID.

No! Each person can only have ONE account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all pending rewards.

Yes! Your account works on all three platforms — WhatsApp, Telegram and web play. Your access credits, rewards, and history sync across platforms automatically.
