✅ Daily Reward Cap (₦30,000): Prevents excessive participation
✅ Top Tier Cooldown (5 days): Encourages breaks after major rewards
✅ Age Minimum: The platform is for users aged 13 and above
✅ Free Practice Mode: Unlimited skill-building without financial commitment
✅ Access Credit Package Limits: Maximum single purchase is ₦2,000

6. Self-Exclusion Options

If you need a break from reward modes, email hello@whatsuptrivia.com.ng with subject "Self-Exclusion Request" including:

Your registered phone number
Desired exclusion period: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent

During self-exclusion, you cannot get access credits or compete in Classic Mode. Practice Mode remains available.
